The White Falcon Estate has three separate villas; the Main Villa, Guest Villa and Staff Villa.
The Guest Villa is the perfect paring to the main villa allowing homeowners to give their guests full privacy and their own facilities so they can be totally self-contained if they wish. Built-in 2012 to complement the Main Villa, the Guest Villa follows a similar architectural landscape with sweeping ceilings, beam structure and neutral design.
The Guest Villa has access to many sporting facilities such as one of the only private tennis courts in Mallorca, a Football pitch, pool and sports changing area. The Guest Villa is the perfect solution for when you have guests coming to stay who like their privacy or if you are already at full occupancy in the main villa.

LIVING AREA
The South West Mallorcan Villa´s living area is the perfect lounge space to watch the sunrise and admire the sunset in the evening. The lounge area has large patio doors that opens up to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the main villa.
The living area also consists of a fully equipped kitchen which can be hidden away behind a sliding wall and dining area.
ENSUITE BEDROOMS
The stylish and comfy guest ensuites are the perfect place for your beloved family or friends to rest their heads at night after exploring the beautiful Mallorca by day.
Each room has stunning views to the garden or pool area with patio windows which invite the guests outdoors to enjoy the sunshine.
OUTSIDE SPACES
The outside area of the Guest Villa is a metropolis of sporting activities and nature.
The Guest Villa hosts one of Mallorca´s only legally private tennis courts, fitted with floodlights and spectator seating, as well as a football pitch, pool and garage to house bikes.
The guest villa also has access to White Falcons vegetable garden and bees where you can produce your own delicious home-grown honey and vegetables.
