VILLA ARCHITECTURE
The Villa´s architecture was inspired by the White Falcon statue located in the cave with significant heritage to Mallorca. Alberto Rubio designed the house to represent the White Falcon mixed with the calmness of Mallorca. From above you will see the villa looks like a gliding white falcon.

WELCOME LOUNGE
As you enter through the front doors of this property you are hit by the stunning open sea views and open planned living area framed by two curving staircases. You are then greeted by a modern fireplace and lounge area opposite large cascading terrace patio doors opening directly up to the pool terrace. The living area also has a dining area and side seating which can fit up to a table of 10.
MAIN KITCHEN
The main kitchen is hand-crafted and fitted with spectacular marble worktops and splashbacks. The kitchen features a large cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, boiling-water tap, large American-style fridge freezer, and a large refrigerated room. Carrying on smoothly from the living area, the kitchen has large glass doors leading out to the Pool terrace so you can enjoy the gentle Medditerean breeze while in the kitchen.
Next to the kitchen, there is also a separate ´mess-kitchen´ for when you have a chef or event and want to have a backstage area.
